Job Description
- Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experiences.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualification
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
